It’s always exciting to preparing for a trip. No matter how long the holiday. I think over covid I’ve lost my ability to ‘pack light’

I always had a golden rule. Pack in threes. Sorry but when it’s an island wedding all packing rules go out the door.

Hamilton Island is North Queensland. South of Cairns it is part of the Whitsundays. Known for its great weather, beautiful white sandy beaches and great sailing it is also an island so breezes come up in the afternoon.

I’ve got it covered. Outfits for various day & night activities and a variety of weather.

The wedding is for the youngest daughter of very good friends. In fact the only people we knew when we moved to Brisbane around 42 years ago. Carmel & Peter have shared all their family occasions with us and we are so looking forward to this special wedding. There’s a large group of our friends going so I think the party will start as soon as we get to the airport.
