The place looks gorgeous – reminds me so much of our wonderful time in Tuscany too – it really is beautiful isn't it – the colours are amazing & the people so friendly. I haven't been to alot of Italy (YET) but I reckon you'd be hard pushed to do better if you're buying! Love to Steve
